Nivra Privacy Policy

Nivra is a behavior support app that helps you notice habit links around smoking, record urge moments, and follow your personal progress.

Data Collected and Stored

In this version, Nivra does not use accounts, a backend, advertising, analytics, Sentry, or another external service. The following information is stored only locally on your device:

• Quit date and time
• Daily cigarette count
• Pack price
• Selected triggers
• Urge/link-breaking records
• Identity evidence and urge counters
• Theme preference
• Last selected tab and onboarding completion status
• Daily reminders enabled/disabled status

This data is used to power calculations, progress screens, and personal tracking features in the app.

Where Is Data Stored?

Data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. In this version, Nivra does not send this data to a server. If you uninstall the app or clear app data from your device, these local records may be lost.

Is Data Shared?

In this version, Nivra does not share user data with third parties, does not use it for advertising, and does not track users.

When you open source links inside the app, your device browser and internet connection are used. External websites have their own privacy policies.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Nivra schedules local notifications on your device for morning, afternoon, and evening. Notification permission is requested by the operating system and can be turned off from device settings or inside the app.

These notifications are not sent through a Nivra server, no third-party push notification service is used, and notification behavior is not tracked for analytics.

Health Notice

Nivra is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Health information in the app is general information only.

For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, consult a healthcare professional. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, severe withdrawal symptoms, mental distress, or an urgent health issue, seek professional support.

Children

Nivra is not designed for children. The app does not include account creation or age verification.

Changes to This Policy

If backend services, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or account features are added, this privacy policy should be updated.
